Homeroom Reform Essay

Imagine if there were twenty kids in a cafe with only one person to help them with their homework.


At spa there is one person in our cafe that helps twenty to thirty kid each night that need help with their homework. so that means in five days he helps up to 100 to 150 kids each night now imagine how easy it could be if we had ten tutors plus the one person that helps us now we would have eleven people helping now that would make it easier on the one person because he has ten helpers.

I think we should have tutors at spa because there are kids here that want to

do good in all four years in high school but if they are trying and cant because they have one class that they cant understand that is when they could ask for a tutor which would help them get good grade.



I think students at spa should be assigned a tutor if they are willing so they don't have to worry about getting bad grades or if they are having trouble with understanding a class that they don't get. The way tutors will work is if a student wants a tutor or needs one then he/she would report to Derek Peters which works in the cafe and politely ask him if he can work on getting a tutor for them because they are having trouble understanding a class or if they want to change their bad grades and want to get good grades.I think tutors need funding because there are a lot of athletic people on campus but they can’t participate in any sports because of their grades so there for if they want to play sports they could ask for a tutor which would help them get the

GPA that is required for the sport that they want to play.



I think that this would impact us in a good way because it would help more kid be eligible for sports and other things that require a minimum of a 2.0 Grade Point Average and a tutor would help with that.If i want to do good in all my four years in High school and that’s not happening because i have a bad grade in a class i don’t understand so if i want to get a good grade i can ask for a tutor that can help me understand the stuff i am having trouble with. If i want to play football because its my favorite sport and i cant because i have bad grades i can ask for a tutor that can help me get my grades up so i can play football and if he/she wants they can watch me play.If i get a tutor that enjoys watching sports and likes the same stuff as i do i think every day we have a game i could invite him/her to my game so they could watch me play and i would like to invite they to my game because they spent their own time helping me with my grades and i would feel bad if i didn't let them come to my game.



I think that we should have tutors because before I got to SPA I had because my grades and i noiticed that having a tutor helps a lot.I have had a tutor in the past when i was in middle school, i had a tuotr because i was not staying on top of my grades while i was playing football when i noticed that if i don’t get my grades up soon my football coach wont let me play so i asked for a tutor and when i was getting tutored i noticed that my grades were improving

when i had a tutor in middle school i was on top of all my grades because my tutor was helping me and when i went to try out for a sport i could do that without worrying about having bad grades. that is why I think we should have tutors because i think it would help other people including myself







I think tutors will impact the school a lot because our football team we have eight-teen kids and usually on a high school team there is up to twenty- five kids. The reason why we only have eight-teen kids is because most of the kids that want to play football cant because they have bad grades. that would change kids praspective on sports because if they have tutors that would help them on work that they don’t get or helps them on getting their grades up

Tutors will help kids at spa because all the kids here like sports but they cant play because they have bad grades, now if those kids get tutor thats can help them with their grades and homework they can have a chanec to play because they took the time to get a tutor and get help because they wanted to play a sport. Another way tutors will help kids at spa is there are a lot of kids on campuse that like to play sports but they dont have the grades so if they really want to play the sport and show the school that they are commited they should ask for a tutor which will help them with their work so they can play and show that they is commited.





So there are two ways tutors will help me and kids on campuse.

if kids at spa are getting bad grades and they want to get them up they can ask for a tutor which will help them with their homework and the stuff they dont understand.

when kids want to join a sports team but the coach says that they cant because of their grades and when they hear that they start to try their hardest to get their grades up and if they cant they could ask for a tutor which can help them so they can play the sport they want.

This quarter I learned what ambiguity is. Ambiguity is like a cliff hanger ending that doen't tell you what happened. I also learned how to make a graphic organizer on my own.

Surprising Ending

The end of the story was funny to me because it was ridiculously ironic. How it was ironic, it was ironic by the woman cutting her hair to bye a chain for her husbands pocket watch. also that his husband got her combs and he sold his watch to get it for her because she has been wanting them for a long time and now she can not use them. Love can get you to sell the most valuable thing to you.

The One Thing That I Would Take With Me

If there was ever a fire or something big that will make me evacuate for this campus.The one thing that I would take with me would be my picture’s of my family and friends.I would take that with me because it is is the only pictures that i have of them. Also I would take it with me so I never forget how I am and were I came form because it is impotent to me to stay in touch with my name.

First Persuasive Paragraph

Students should not be given free cell phones. If all students were given cell phones for free instead of earning it themselves. They will take it for granted, the privileges that come along with owning a cell phone. They will not have concern of it being confiscated if being seen using it in the classroom setting. Also the students who are just given cell phones do not work as hard as the students who actually work to get their own cell phones. This is an unfair advantage for students who just sit in their homes and do nothing to search for a job. If students are just given everything, this is enabling them to be lazy and rely on people to provide them with the things that they want for the rest of their life.

The Husband's Point of View

At the period of time when my wife was invited to ball but she had nothing to wear  but rags to wear, so she asked me if I can buy her a dress that cost 400 frank’s . So after I thought about getting her dress I decided to give her the money that I was going to use to buy and new rifle so she can buy her a new dress for the the ball. She was still complaining because she did not have any jewelry to wear to the ball but i mentioned that she can wear flowers but she said that she did not want to look poor so she had to ask her friend to use a expensive necklace.  and she lost it so we spent 10 years of our life paying it of so she did not know that  my wife had lost her necklace, which we ended paying way more money for it then expected.

"The Interlopers" Alternate Ending

They heard something coming toward them, they thought that they were hearing their men coming to help and get them out from under the tree that had pinned them down on the ground.  Instead of there men coming to get them it was a pack of wolves, Which was something that neither of them did not expect, now they noticed that they were in a life or death situation, While they were struggling to try and free themselves they heard another noise that sounded like feet steeping on branches, as soon as they heard the noise they started to shout for help. When all of that was  happening, they saw the  biggest wolf which looked like the leader of the pack, and then they noticed that the wolf and its pack was getting closer and closer at what looked like full speed.It was about six feet away the pack when they leaped into the air when there men shout the wolves out of the air, but it was to late for Ulrick. The biggest wolf snapped at him and caught his throat and tore it opened. The wolf was on top of his body destroying it, when one of his men shot the wolf and blow off it’s head. Then all of the wolves were dead. After that one of Ulrick’s men his gun to Georg’s head.  BOOM!!!

Roger and I are sort of a like because we both were told to respect adults sometime in our life time.We both were brought up in a suburb like city/town. Trying to get what we want that we can’t have. Also had someone try to help us too lead us on the right path and not the left. That is what roger and i have in common.

 The saying,when the going gets tough the tough gets going is true because people that are going throu a hard time will try and try untel they have gone throu it all. That only aplys to people that are strong and that are not week. So that meens that can be eany one but it cant be evry one. THE BOY AND MEXICO

It was one year ago when a boy was in Mexico that was affected and influenced by all the drugs and gangs around him. All he wanted was to be free of all of that, but he did not know how to get out at the time. He tried to maintain himself but he started to lose himself instead. After a while he started to include himself with his friends that were smoking weed and taking other drugs. Then about two mouths latter he found out that his uncle did drugs hum he was living with.he constructed a couple weed grow thing but non of it worked.after that he noticed thing about his uncle and friends that they were different.then he stooped his bad habits and started to focus on other thing that were more helpful for him.After that he had a factor with his uncle about moving farther down Mexico or finishing school in San Diego. that was the last time he herd from his uncle because the boy left to the border.

THE BIRD IN THE ORANGE GROVE

It was two days ago when there was a bird in the orange grove.It was happy in the orange groves because nothing bothered it.Two days ago is when it all happened. they started to cut down the trees because they are going to build a football field and there is nothing the bird can do because it is so small. It fell asleep in its nest and they started to cut down the tree. then and there the bird woke up and started flying frantically because it did not know what just happened. After all that happened the bird was very sad because he had no home.

FLASHBACK

It was about two days ago when I had a flashback. It was all random flashbacks, it was not in order at all. I just felt the more irritable then I usually am. There were some good one but more bad ones. One of the flashbacks I got ,was I was with my sister and it was her birthday a sunny summer day in July. She was happy, I was happy, and her family was happy it was a prity good day. Nothing bad happened for the first time, that was a miracle. At the end of the day all that matter was family.

ANIMALS

Animals can be man’s best friends because they can not speak. Animals are very sympathetic because they feel your emotion and it will not judge you. Most animals in the city are domesticated like dogs, cats and other animals. Some of these animals are trained to help the owner to get around, like people how are blind and that have disability. So that is way animals can be man’s best friend.

HUNTING SEQUEL

It was two day after the big hunt that Rainsford won. he felt much better after what he just went throw. After a deep contemplation he decided to stay and turn the island into a animal preserve for all types of game, big and all game. After he did that he got contact with his old hunting partner to tell him that he was o.k.. then he rote a book about his experience on the island that General Zaroff so he can tell the world his story. That is what he did after he won the big hunt.

A POLT CHANGE

If I were General Zaroff, I would play with Rainsford for about one week. After the second day I would send the dog after him and if he lived after that, I would come after him myself when he is most exacted and is at his last minute of hope. Then I would attack and make him beg for his life. I would make him beg for his life until I got tired of it. after that i would pop him in his gut and make him suffer and bleed to death. That is what I would if I was general Zaroff.

HUNTING

The first time I went hunting was when i was 12 years old it was in a rural community. My guardian and I were in Washington we were not hunting for big game,we were hunting for small game this time. The game we were hunting for was pheasant. We were only allowed to kill 6 pheasants a day. We were in that part of Washington for 3 days. It was a good experience, learning how to hunt and gun safety. I think hunting is o.k. but I disagree with Slaughter off animals like cows or chickens and other live stoke because they don’t have a chance to get away.
